Key Leaders
Life Group leaders
Sarah and Tom
Sarah and Tom lead the CB4 Life Group and have been in the Cambridge area for most of the past 15 years. They have three children at primary school and love living in north Cambridge. Sarah’s background is in family and community work, and Tom works as a computer scientist for Microsoft. They have different views on Cambridge cycling: Tom isn’t satisfied unless he collapses in an exhausted heap at the end while Sarah is a firm believer in the “pootling cycle”

Sarah leads Compass Life Group with Mark.
Greg and Charlotte
Greg and Charlotte have lived in Cambridge since 2012 and 2010 respectively. They met at Cambridge Vineyard Church in 2012 and married in 2015. They have 2 children, Hannah and Nathan and now reside in Cottenham. Greg works as a Software Engineer for a biomedical company and Charlotte is an Archaeological Illustrator, in their spare time they enjoy meeting with friends, playing the guitar and Formula 1 (Greg).
Vineyard Kids Ministry Leader
Lois
Lois is our Vineyard Kids voluntary ministry lead. She has been in Cambridge for almost 1 year and alongside this role she is currently working as a full time nanny. Lois has lots of experience working with children and families. She is passionate about seeing children encounter Jesus and to grow in their relationship with him. In her spare time Lois loves running, spending time with family and travelling.

Daniel
Daniel serves as one of our worship leaders, as well as being chair of the trustees.
Student Team
David & Hayley
David and Hayley have lived in Cambridge since graduating from the University of Bath, where they met (although they had also joined us for a year in the middle of their degree!). David studied Maths and now works as a software engineer. He enjoys playing tennis (although sometimes only gets as far as Wii tennis...). Hayley has recently finished a research masters in structural biology, and loves being by the river... but, having grown up in Dorset, still rather misses the beach! David and Hayley lead our CVC Students Team.
